Touch of the Arcane
Long Description
When not worn, these thin black leather gloves look unremarkable to the untrained eye, but possess significant arcane power. The gloves grant additional arcane spells per the table below, and grant the wearer a +2 to ranged touch attacks when that attack is used to deliver an arcane spell.
When worn, the gloves are invisible, and cause the skin and muscles of the hands to be invisible as well, revealing the bones and circulatory system of the wearer. This effect can be cancelled by the active choice of the wearer.
