Oil of Permanence
Long Description
This oil can be applied to one creature of size medium or smaller, and cause one spell effect currently affecting that creature to become permanent (as per the restrictions of the Permanency spell). The value of the oil varies based on caster level, as do the spells which the oil can make permanent.
