Long Description
This powerful artifact consists of a set of 3d4 platinum rings, and a platinum amulet inlaid with amethysts. Spinning the amulet on its chain opens an extra dimensional space from which any non-unique item roughly person-sized or smaller can be withdrawn by anyone wearing one of the rings in the set. Items are removed magically from an undetermined source – this cannot be targeted by the user of the repository to procure any specific particular item.
The repository stays open for one hour, and while open, cannot be moved. Reopening the repository causes all items previously withdrawn from it to be returned to their place of origin.
Some care must be taken when using the item, however – the more powerful the items withdrawn and the more frequently items are withdrawn, the more likely a powerful entity is to notice and take umbrage when their treasured artifact disappears.
