The native language of the Ixen, it can be learned for normal language skill point costs.

Korthjach

The native language of the Korthjach, it can be learned for normal language skill point costs.

Pacantryx

Both written and spoken Pacantryx can be learned, but only through establishing a relationship with a skilled teacher through role-playing.  Once the relationship with the potential teacher is established then the skills can be acquired by spending skill points.
