Mental Location allows the recipient to detect the location of sentient creatures (creatures of at least a 4 intelligence) within an 120' radius, regardless of light conditions, intervening obstacles, etc.  This includes the ability to distinguish between individual minds.  This ability can be used for combat targeting purposes.
